心内导管电消蚀治疗顽固性心律失常

摘　　要：本文报告经导管心内电消蚀治疗20例顽固性心律失常,包括房室结折返性心动过速(A-VNRT)7例,预激综合征房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)11例,室性心动过速(VT)2例。电极导管经股静脉或锁骨下静脉及股动脉插入,放至心脏病变处,发放射频电流或直流电使病灶凝固性坏死。心律失常治愈与好转率达90％左右。This paper reports on 20 cases of refractory arrhythmias treated by transcatheter cardiac ablation, which include 7 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia (AVNRT).11 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) with preexcitation syndrome, and 2 cases of ventricular tachycardia (VT). The electrode catheters introduced through femoral and subclavian vein or femoral artery were positioned in the diseased sites of the heart, and then coagulated by radiofrequency current or direct current. The efficacy rate of the ablation was about 90%.
