摘　　要：知识经济时代,快速有效的实现企业知识的有序流动,已经成为企业提高核心竞争力的关键,通过研究知识流动的相关理论,扩展现有知识转化模型,建立知识流动率公式,从而构建企业内部知识流动动态模型,为企业更好的识别、分类以及表示企业潜在的知识流动形式提供了手段。In the era of knowledge economy, it is the key factor for enterprises to enhance their core competence to realize an effective circulation of knowledge. Based on a survey of knowledge-circulation theory, this paper puts forward a dynamic model of knowledge-circulation within enterprises by extending the existing knowledge-transform model and establishing knowledge flow rate equation. It is hoped that this model can be used as a tool for enterprises to identify, classify and visualize the potential knowledge-circulation patterns.
