梅花冰片3种剂型体外抗菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较梅花冰片 3种不同剂型的体外抗菌活性。方法 :采用平板打孔法 ,微量琼脂对倍稀释法 ,测定梅花冰片的 3种不同剂型的抗菌活性。结果 :梅花冰片对金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌均有较强的抑菌作用 ,其中油剂的抗菌活性最强 ,对前 2种菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 0 62 5mg/mL ,其次是粉剂 ,MIC为 1 2 5mg/mL ;对白色葡萄球菌 ,油剂的MIC为 0 31 2 5 ,粉剂为 0 62 5。结论 :梅花冰片油剂、粉剂具有良好的体外抗葡萄球菌活性 ,但还需进行药物配方和临床用药研究。Objective:To compare the in vitro antibacterial a ctivity of Bomelu m to three kinds of drug. Methods:The sensitivity of Bomelum to three kin d s of drug against bacteria from clnical specimens were determined the met hods of beating holes and standard agar dilution in vitro. Results:The Bome l um has higher active against Staphylococcus aureus 、 S. albus and the resi stance of Staphylococcus aureus, The oil pharmaceutical was the highest a ctiv e, it is 0.625 mg/mL that it is the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), s ec ondly it is powder, The MIC was 1.25 mg/mL。Conclusion:The oil pharmaceutic al and powder of Bomelum had potent in vitro antibacterial Staphylococcus activ ities, but, the further research of the prescription and the using in cli nic are required。
