尼美舒利对动物心血管及神经系统的影响

摘　　要：作者研究了新型非甾体抗炎类药尼美舒利(Nimesulide)对Wistar大鼠心血管系统的一般药理作用,并观测了 Nimesulide 对小鼠神经系统的影响。Nimesulide 对麻醉状态下大鼠的呼吸、血压和心率在给药剂量 40 mg/kg 时,2～4 h 有降低血压和减慢心率作用。实验结果还表明,Nime-sulide 对成巴比妥钠(3.5 mg/kg)引起的小鼠催眠效应无协同作用。并未能对抗尼可刹米(10 ml/kg)引起的惊厥。In the present study, the Wistar rats were used to investigate the influence of nimesulide on respiration, blood pressure and heart rate. The results showed that single dose of nimesulide (40 mg/kg) lowered the blood pressure and decreased heart rate 2-4 h. after administration. In the mice experiment, no effects, of nimesulide on spontaneous activity and coordination were observed. Nimesulide could not antagonize convulsion induced by nikethamide.
