摘　　要：MCPE2.4型电脑提花毛圈机是在MCPE型机的基础上通过对毛圈沉降片形状、针筒三角及沉降片三角的改进而开发出来的。文中给出了其成圈机件的运动曲线图,并对成圈过程中各阶段成圈机件状态进行了详细的分析。MCPE2.4型电脑提花毛圈机将MCPE型机中合二为一的地纱路与脱圈路分开,使得地纱路和毛圈纱路针筒三角完全相同,大大增强了三角互换性,从而提高了品种的开发能力。The MCPE2.4 Type computer-based jacquard terry-looping machine was developed from MCPK Type through modifications of the shape of terry-loop sinker, cylinder cam and sinker cam. This paper introduces the motion curve of knitting elements and analyzes in detail the state of knitting elements in every stage of loop formation. On the MCPE2.4 Type computer-based jacquard terry-looping machine, the ground yarn system and knocking-over system is separated completely, and the cylinder cams lor ground yarn system and knocking-over system are the same, which improves the interchanges of cams and thus improves the development of new products.
