两种国产米非司酮片剂的相对生物利用度研究

摘　　要：12名女性健康志愿者按随机交叉试验设计、分3期先后单次口服不同来源的3种米非司酮产品,其中法国产 Ru486片剂作标准参比制剂。用高效液相色谱法测定给药后120 h内的米非司酮血浆浓度。口服 200 mg 后国产全合成米非司酮、国产半合成米非司酮及法国产 Ru486 片剂的药代动力学参数以及两种国产品的生物利用度十分相似,无显著性差异。The relative bioavailabilily of two Chinese tablets (products made by total synthesis or by semi-synthesis) and French RU486 pills administered orally was investigated in a randomized three-period crossover study in 12 healthy female subjects. Plasma concentrations were measured for 120 h after each oral administration of 200 mg mifepristone. by HPLC assay with UV detection methods. There was no significant difference between these preparations in pharmacokinetic parameters including their relative bioavailability.
