延黄消心痛胶囊治疗瘀血阻络型胸痹临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨延黄消心痛胶囊治疗瘀血阻络型胸痹临床疗效。方法选择瘀血阻络型胸痹患者 60例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服延黄消心痛胶囊 ,对照组服心脑舒通胶囊 ,各为 3 0例 ,观察时间 7d为 1疗程。结果延黄消心痛胶囊治疗胸痹总有效率为 93 .3 % ,显效率为 5 0 .0 % ;对照组总有效率为 60 .0% ,显效率为 2 6.7%。对治疗胸痹瘀血阻络证疗效治疗组总有效率为 83 .3 % ,显效率为 3 6.7% ;对照组为5 0 .0 % ,1 6.7%。治疗组与对照组比较 ,病证疗效组间差异均有统计学意义。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Yanhuang Xiaoxintong Capsule (YXC) on chest impediment in the pattern of static blood obstructing network vessels (SBONV).Methods Sixty cases with chest impediment in the pattern of SBONV were randomly divided into treating group (TG) and controlling one (CG),with 30 in each.The cases in TG were treated with YXC and those in CG were treated with Xinnaoshutong (XNST), all lasted for 7 days as one therapeutic course. Results The total effective rate of YXC was 93.3?% for chest impediment,with a significamtly effective rate of 50.0?%,while the total effective rate of XNST was 60.0?% for this condition,with a significantly effective rate of 26.7?%.Furthermore, these rates of YXC for chest impediment in the pattern of SBONV were 83.3?% amd 36.7?%,significantly superior to that of XNST,being 50.0?% and 16.7?% respectively.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of YXC on chest impediment are more significant than that of control. 〔
