摘　　要：本方法利用ST-IMS-88型离子质谱计快速测样的特点,结合同位素稀释技术同时测定全氮和^(15)N丰度,并适用于微量氮的分析。该方法技术操作方便,精确度高,有一定的推广使用价值。The rapid analysis of ST-IMS-88 model ion mass spectrometer and isotope dilution technique are used in the determination of nitrogen content and nitrogen-15 abundance simultaneously. This new method is proper for analysis of micronitrogen. The method has high precision and it's operation is simple and convenient, so it is easy to apply.
