代谢综合征患者血清瘦素水平及其与某些指标的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析代谢综合征患者血清瘦素(leptin)水平的变化,探讨其关系。方法:选择拟行冠状动脉造影患者共76例,根据最新ATPⅢ代谢综合征诊断标准分为代谢综合征组和对照组,ELISA法测定其血清瘦素浓度。结果:代谢综合征组血清瘦素浓度明显高于对照组,并且血清瘦素与体质量指数、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白水平呈正相关。结论:代谢综合征患者血清瘦素水平显著升高。AIM:To analysis the changes of serum leptin levels in metabolic syndrome patients and investigate the relationship between them. METHODS:76 cases going to be underwent coronary artery angiography were involved. They were divided into metabolic syndrome group and non-metabolic syndrome group according to ATPⅢ guideline. Serum leptin levels were measured by ELISA kit. RESULTS:Serum leptin levels were much higher in metabolic syndrome patients than that in non-metabiolic syndrome patients(2.85±0.20 vs 2.60±0.55 μg/L,P<0.05). Correlative analysis showed that serum leptin is related to body mass index,serum trighlyceride and high density lopoprotein. CONSLUCION:The serum leptin level increases obviously in metabolic syndrome patients
