摘 要:本文用蒸馏法对海水进行淡化,将T形强化传热管用于海水淡化器中,并对T形管和光滑管的海水沸腾换热进行了对比实验测定。实验结果表明,采用T形强化传热管后,过热度由光滑管的8℃左右降低为5℃左右;管外传热膜系数增加80%;长期运行,T形管热阻只增加15%,而光滑管增加100%。采用T形管强化海水沸腾,将大大降低能耗,有很好的工业应用前景。In this paper, distillation is adopted and the T-finned enhanced heat transfer tube is used in the desalter. The experiment was carried out to explore the boiling heat transfer performances of T-finned tube and smooth tube. The results show that, the over heated temperature of the T-finned tube is about 5℃, while that of the smooth tube is about 8℃. The heat transfer coefficient of the T-finned tube is 80% higher than that of the smooth tube. Under the long time operation, the heat resistance of T-finned tube was increased by 15%, while that of the smooth tube was increased by 100%. This T-finned tube can be particularly suitable to the desalter to reduce the energy consuming.
