摘 要:对甲苯酚和氯化苄为原料,氢氧化钾乙醇溶液代替氢氧化钾水溶液,合成对甲苯基苄基醚。考察了原料摩尔比、氢氧化钾与对甲苯酚摩尔比、溶剂用量、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,在对甲苯酚与氯化苄摩尔比1:1.25、对甲苯酚与氢氧化钾摩尔比1:1.1、95%乙醇用量60mL(对0.1mol对甲苯酚)、反应温度85℃、时间7h条件下,对甲苯基苄基醚产品收率达94.44%,产品熔点42℃,产品纯度达98.5%。p - Tolyl benzyl ether was synthesized from p - cresol and benzyl chloride as raw material using KOH -C2H5OH solution as the catalyst replacing KOH aqueous solution. The effects of molar ratio of p - cresol to benzyl chloride,molar ratio of p - cresol to alkali used,dosage of solvent and reaction time on the yield of product were examined . The result showed that the yield and purity of the product were 94.44 % and 98.5% respectively under optimum conditions including molar ratio of p - cresol to KOH 1:1.1, dosage of 95% C2H5OH as solvent 60 mL (based on 0.1 molar p - cresol) ,reaction temperature 85℃,reaction time 7 hours.The melt point of product was 42℃.
