摘　　要：针对刮膜式短程蒸馏实验装置在使用过程中存在的物料分布不均匀、清洗困难及冷凝介质不能完全满足要求等几个问题,提出了相应的优化方案。实践证明,改进后的装置操作稳定,分离效果更好,更有利于实验的进行。Some corresponding optimum plans were proposed for non-uniform materials distribution, difficult cleaning, unsatisfactory condensing medium. The practice shows that the operation of the improved plants was stable, the separation result was better, and they were more suitable for experiments.
