摘 要:研究了成炭剂种类及其复配技术对超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料性能的影响。通过对炭层密度和显微结构的分析,认为多官能团(-OH)成炭剂的加入,可有效提高炭层的致密度和强度,增强综合防火性能;高温燃烧实验结果显示,成炭剂1/成炭剂2=6.0~7.4为比较合适的复合成炭剂配比;DMTA研究了高温状态下两种成炭剂对涂膜粘弹性和强度的不同贡献,从动态力学的角度对两种成炭剂成炭机理进行了分析;中试实验结果表明,双组分成炭剂的协同作用,较大幅度提高了膨胀型防火涂料的阻燃隔热性能。The effects of charring agents′ type as well as the ratios of compound charring agents on the fire-protective properties of the intumescent steel structure fire-retardant coatings (ISSFRC) were investigated. The studies of foamed char′s density and micro-structure demonstrate that the consistency and intensity of the foamed char as well as the coating′s comprehensive fire-protective property will improve effectively with the incorporation of polyfunctional (-OH) charring agent, and the subsequent test of high temperature combustible substrate indicates that the fire-protective property of ISSFRC with compound charring agents (the optimum ratio range is between 6^(7.4)) is superior to those with solo charring agent. DMTA was introduced herein to investigate the influence of different charring agents on the dynamic mechanics thermal properties of ISSFRC, and the result is that both agents can give respective contribution to the coating′s visco-elastic property and intensity.The results are validated by the enlarged scale test in the end.
