摘  要:通过聚ε-己内酯(PCL)支架的制备,尝试了一种制备具有复杂形状的组织工程三维多孔支架的新方法-改进的模压/粒子浸出法,并对所得外耳状多孔支架的形态、孔结构和孔隙率进行了表征。模压针对聚ε-己内酯熔体和大量盐粒的混合物进行。该方法所得支架孔隙率高达90%以上,可望用于各种不同复杂形状的三维多孔支架的制备。Porous scaffold with complicated anatomical shape is one of the most important factors in tissue engineering. In this work, three-dimensional ear-shaped PCL porous scaffolds have been fabricated via modified compression molding/particulate leaching method. PCL melt/salt particulate mixture was used in compression molding process. The scaffold contour, internal pore structure and global porosity of the resultant scaffold have been investigated. The pores are highly interconnected, and the porosity can reach over 90% and be controlled by porogen particulate content. This approach is simple and practical, and thus might be used to fabricate three-dimensional porous scaffolds with different complicated shapes for tissue engineering.
