摘 要:通过对发射药燃烧性能调节与控制技术途径的对比分析,提出了适用于高增塑剂含量的叠氮硝胺(DI-ANP)发射药燃烧性能调节与控制技术方案,确定了适合DIANP发射药的钝感包覆剂配方。利用密闭爆发器研究了钝感包覆DIANP发射药的燃烧性能及其影响因素,试验结果表明:采用钝感包覆处理技术可以降低DI-ANP发射药的初始燃气生成猛度,获得了渐增性燃烧的效果。钝感包覆剂的用量是影响钝感包覆DIANP发射药燃烧性能的主要因素。Based on comparision and analysis of the ajustment technical paths of the combustion performance of propellant, the principle and method of adjusting the combustion performance of DIANP propellant with high content of plasticizer is proposed. The deterrent coated material suitable for DIANP propellant is determined, it is composed of DIANP propellant and a deterrent B. The combustion properties of deterrent coated DIANP propellant are tested with the closed bomb. The experiment results show that using deterrent coating technique could reduce the initial pressure rate of DIANP propellant, and obtain the effect of progressive combustion; the coated thickness is the most important factor of the deterrent- coated propellant for adjusting combustion performance.
