摘 要:石油天然气、化工管路常常会因为往复式机泵产生的不稳定流动,以及流体流向改变、管线变径等情 况而引起管路振动,如果处理不好,将严重影响管路的安全运行。为此,对一段天然气管系的流体脉动激发振动进 行了分析。采用有限元建模方法,考虑了管系的复杂支撑、管系设备、钢结构等因素对管系振动的影响,计算出了 脉动激发的位移、转角响应幅值。从计算结果看出,流体脉动对管系的动态响应有着重要的影响,在管道设计时必 须加以考虑,并提出了消除流体脉动影响的相应措施。Pipeline vibration often happens for oil/gas pipelines and chemical pipelines because of the unstable flow produced by reciprocating pumps, the change of fluid flowing direction, and the variation of pipeline diameters etc. It will influence the safe operation of the pipeline severely if it is handled improperly. Therefore, the vibration induced by fluid pulsation is analyzed for a section of gas pipeline. With FEM method, considering the influence of the factors such as the complex restraints of the pipeline system, the components of the pipeline system, the steel structure etc. on the vibration of the pipeline system, the displacement and the amplitude of the turning angle response induced by fluid pulsation are calculated. The calculated results show the fluid pulsation has important influence on the dynamic response of the pipeline system, which should be considered when the pipeline design is made. Also, the countermeasures are proposed to eliminate the influence of the fluid pulsation.
