摘　　要：涂料防活性印花工艺是印染企业经常使用的印花工艺之一。通过分析防印原理,介绍涂料防印浆的组成,色浆的调配与使用办法,以及圆网印花工艺流程和如何防止“白边”。工厂实践表明,该工艺操作简单,调色方便,生产工艺易控制,明显提高印制的精细度和一等品率。In this article, the mechanism of reserve printing, composition of pigment resist color paste, preparation and usage of color paste, as well as rotary screen printing process and how to prevent 'white edge' defect were introduced in detail. Based on practice, fineness and quality of the printed fabric can be increased with pigment resist reactive printing process. The process features simple operation, convenient color mixing and easy to control.
