摘　　要：纯棉织物烂花产品经烂花工艺实现布面空洞,而以发泡印花工艺和弹性胶浆印花工艺锁边,防止脱纱或脱絮现象。经过试验,确定了纯棉织物烂花印花的生产工艺流程,并给出了工艺处方和生产过程中的注意事项。Cotton burnt-out fabric was manufactured by burnt-out process combined with foam printing and elastic mucilage printing. The hollow on fabric surface was made by burnt-out process, while over lock was realized by foam and elastic mucilage printing. Based on trials, the burnt-out printing process for cotton fabric was settled. The recipe and points to attention in production were also presented.
