毒乃清颗粒对糖尿病肾病肾功能不全大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究毒乃清对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的作用。方法 采用改良法对大鼠进行 5/6 肾切除以及腹腔注射链脲佐菌素制作糖尿病肾病肾功能不全模型,设立健康组、假手术组、病理组、尿毒清组、毒乃清治疗组进行对照,观察各组一般状况、尿素氮、血肌酐、血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、肾脏病理学变化。结果 毒乃清颗粒能改善大鼠的一般状况、降低血糖、降低 BUN 及 SCr、降低血脂(TG、TCHOL)、减少 24 h 尿蛋白排泄量(与各对照组比较,P<0.01 或 P<0.05),病理组织学方面能延缓肾小球硬化的发生发展。结论 初步证实毒乃清颗粒对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠具有较好的治疗作用,其机理有待进一步研究。Objective To study the effect of Dunaiqing granules therapy in the later-phase diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats. Methods Improved 5/6 nephrectomy and STZ abdominal injection to creat rat models of later-phase DN. The model rats were randomly divided into three groups, DN control and treated with Niaoduqing and Dunaiqing, as controlled by two groups, normal control, pseudo-operation control. Blood sugar, TCHOL, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, urine protein excretion in 24 hours, BUN and SCr were tested to observe the effect, as well as renal pathology. Results After six weeks with Dunaiqing Granule treatment, the DN rats had a decrease in blood sugar, TCHOL, TG, urine protein excretion, BUN, SCr, and a increase in HDL-c, as compared with the animal controls and the group treated with Niaoduqing (P <0.01 or P <0.05). It showed the better effect of Dunaiqing treatment group than the others in renal pathology too. Conclusions Dunaiqing Granule can slow the alteration in renal pathology of DN rats, having a satisfactory therapeutical effect on the later-phase DN.
