摘　　要：现在的服务器中存在多种RAID实现方式,RAID系统提供了数据冗余备份功能,能帮助预防信息丢失。本文讨论了硬件RAID和软件RAID实现的差异和性价比的权衡。并分析了对系统性能的影响,以便帮助管理员了解哪种RAID实现方式最能满足他们的需求。There are many techniques to implement a RAID system in a server system. A RAID system is capable of data redundancy and backup. Therefore, it can prevent the loss of information. In this paper, the differences between hardware and software RAID, balancing performance and price of these two RAID systems are discussed. The effects of these two RAID systems to the performance of a server system are analyzed. This analysis helps system administrators understand what technique of RAID is most suitable to their requirements.
