健脾饮治疗学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自拟健脾饮治疗学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染临床疗效 方法 选择符合RRTI诊 断标准的90例门诊及住院患儿,按2:1比例分成两组。治疗组60例采用自拟方健脾饮口服,对照 组30例肌注卡介苗素注射液,均治疗三个月,各随访半年。结果 两组经治疗后各项免疫功能指 标及临床症状均恢复正常或明显改善(P<0.01),但组间疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 健脾饮具有调整免疫功能的作用,对RRTI有较好的治疗作用。Objective Observe the curative effect of self-draft Jianpi drink's treatment for before school age children's reduplicate respiratory tract infection. Method Choose 90 cases of clinics and inpatients which under RRTI treatment standard, according to scale 2:1 separate as two groups. 60 cases of treatment group taking Jianpi drink orally, and 30 cases of remedial group using BCG polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid Injection, the period of the treatment for both of the two groups is three months, and visit each other half year. Result The two group each guide line of immunity and all clinical feature have get right very well after doctor cure (P<0. 01) there is a bit discrepancy of the curative effect between the two group (P>0. 05). Conclusion Jianpi Drink is very efficacious in adjust immunity, and it take very good curative effect for RRTI.
