摘 要:从厌氧 好氧 (A O)工艺的废水处理系统活性污泥中分离出亚硝化细菌A5 ,鉴定为亚硝化单胞菌 (Nitrosomonassp.) ,并对其特性进行了研究。得出氨氧化作用最适的温度为 32℃ ,最适的pH值为 8.0 ,需要充足的溶解氧。另外 ,亚硝化细菌A5具有较高的耐盐能力 ,NaCl或Na2 SO4 浓度为 5 0g L范围内 ,其氨氧化作用没有受到明显的抑制 。An ammonia-oxidizing bacterial strain A5 was isolated from the activated sludge of A/O process,and identified as Nitrosomonas sp.The characteristics of strain A5 were studied,the optimal temperature and pH for oxidation of ammonia were 32℃ and 8.0,respectively,sufficient dissolved oxygen was demand.In addition,the effects of high salinity of sodium (NaCl,Na_2SO_4) on ammonia-oxidizing of strain A5 were studied,the results showed that the strain was saline-tolerant for NaCl and Na_2SO_4 had no restraint effect in the range of concentration of 50g/L,and suitable to supplemented to sewage disposal systems of treating high salinity wastewater to remove the ammonia nitrogen.
