摘　　要：总结了安钢集团水冶钢铁公司采用小球团烧结法生产高碱度烧结矿九年来取得的经验。其经验如下 :1)宜采用厚料层低温烧结和热风烧结技术 ;2 )强化混合料制粒是小球团烧结工艺的核心 ;3 )实行均匀烧结。The experiences of high basicity sinter production by MPS process for nine years in SHUIYE I&S Co , ANGANG GROUP were summarized in this paper These experiences were as follows: 1) be suitable to employ deep-bed , low-temperature, and hot air sintering techniques; 2) enhancing sinter mix granulation is the priority of MPS process; 3) performing uniform sintering and keeping higher product ratio are the key of steady and high efficiency sintering
