摘　　要：　分析了电力市场对调度自动化系统应用功能的影响,结合湖北电网调度自动化系统的现状,提出了湖北电网调度自动化新系统的应用软件的功能配置,并对自动发电控制、自动电压控制、网损计算、外网等值、潮流计算等应用功能提出了改进意见。The influence brought by the electric power market to the automatic dispatching system was analysized. Based on the present state of Hubei power grid's automatic dispatching system, the application software configuration was suggested.Furthermore, some suggestions were raised to improve the functions of AGC,AVC,system loss calculation,external grid's equivalence and power-flow calculation.
