摘　　要：本文概述了角蛋白酶的理化性质、降解机理 ,并综述了近年来其应用领域及国内外研究进展情况。In this article it is summarized the physicochemical properties of keratinase, the principle of catabolism of keratine, including its field of application and research progress home and abroad.
