摘 要:地震区某医院的高层钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙病房楼,建筑平面呈"Y"字形,总建筑面积为21194m2。拟在该建筑北端增加四部电梯,扩建部分平面尺寸为7m×16m,地下一层、地上16层,高度约为60m,结构形式为框架-剪力墙。由于扩建部分建筑高宽比远大于4,从而引发该扩建工程有两个技术难点:一是扩建部分与原有建筑的沉降差异问题;二是扩建部分与原有建筑的连接问题。文中通过计算分析,对该建筑扩建方案的可行性进行了论证。针对实施中存在的难点,提出了新颖、有效的扩建加固方案,为此类在平面上局部扩建的高层建筑,提供了有益的参考。The tall building of a hospital in earthquake zone was investigated, for which the plan is like Y style and the general area is 21194 square meter. Four elevators will be added at the northern margin for the need of function, the dimension of which is 7m by 14m, with 60m in height of 16 stories. The structural type is frame-shear wall. Because the ratio of height to for the extension part is greater than 4, there are two difficulties unsolved. Firstly, the problem of settlement difference between the new part and old building is expected to be solved, and secondly, the problem of connection between new part and old part. The feasibility analysis to this structure has been completed in this article. Some useful advices are provided for the extension and strengthening of building so as to solve its difficulty in extension construction, which can also offer an available preference to similar tall-building extension in part plan.
