摘  要:法兰、螺栓、垫片及盲板组成的系统是压力容器设计中的重要内容,同时也是设计及使用过程中容易出现问题的部位。详细计算该系统应力分布是提高法兰、螺栓连接设计水平的关键所在。该文应用三维有限元技术,考虑了大量的接触面和螺栓预紧单元,准确计算出一套法兰连接的应力分布,并与国标中的法兰计算公式所得到的结果相比较,对法兰连接的设计有现实的指导意义。The system consisted with flange bolt,gasket and blank was the important content in pressure vessel design. And it was also the part that produced easy problem during design and operation. The calculation for system stress distribution in detail was the key point of raising the design level of flange and bolt connection. In this article, by the use of three dimension finite element technology, in consideration of a large number of contact surface and bolt pretighten u-nit,one set of stress distribution for flange connection was calculated exactly,and compared this with the result obtained by the flange calculation formula in national standard. It had the actual guiding meaning for design of flange connection.
