健胃愈疡颗粒剂对大鼠胃溃疡的影响及VEGF和PDGF表达的变化

摘　　要：目的　研究健胃愈疡 (Jianweiyuyang ,JWYY)颗粒对溃疡的影响 ,并探讨其机制。方法　以Okabe改良法复制大鼠实验性胃溃疡 ,观察其对溃疡指数和溃疡组织学的影响 ,并用免疫组化法观察血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、血小板源性生长因子 (PDGF)表达的变化。结果　JWYY颗粒能提高VEGF、PDGF表达 ,明显降低溃疡指数 ,增加黏膜厚度 ,促进溃疡愈合。结论　JWYY颗粒通过提高VEGF、PDGF表达 ,提高溃疡愈合质量 ,这可能是其促进溃疡愈合的机制之一。Objective To study the effect of Jianweiyuyang(JWYY) granule on gastric ulcer of rats and its effective mechanism. Methods The rat model of gastric ulcer was set up by Okeba's method with some modification, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelets-derived growth factor (PDGF) in the gastric ulcer tissues was examined by immunohistochemical method. Results JWYY granule could elevate the expression of both VEGF and PDGF, obviously decrease the ulcer index, increase the thickness of gastric mucosa, and promote the healing of gastric ulcer. Conclusion The results indicated that Jianweiyuyang granule can increase the expression of VEGF and PDGF, which may be one of the mechanism of its promoting the healing of the gastric ulcer.
