摘　　要：介绍了电力设备用防污增爬裙硅橡胶胶料的制备。试验结果表明 :选用沉淀白炭黑与气相白炭黑并用补强硅橡胶 ,硅橡胶胶料性能良好 ;填料氢氧化铝对硅橡胶硫化胶性能的影响比较明显 ,当氢氧化铝用量在 80份及以上时 ,硅橡胶硫化胶的阻燃性能达到V -0级 ,氢氧化铝还可以有效提高硅橡胶的耐漏电起痕和蚀损性能 ;而热处理可以改善胶料加工工艺性能 。The silicone rubber compounds of the sheds of prevent-pollution for electric equipment were prepared.The experiment results showed that when the dosage of aluminum hydroxide was up 80 phr or super,the tensile strength,elongation,tear strength and mass loss of tracking and erosion test of silicone rubber vulcanizate were decreased with the increase of aluminum hydroxide,the hardness and electrical properties were increased with the increase of aluminum hydroxide;and good flame-retardant was obtained.At the same time,heat treatment can improve the process and crafts obviously.
