摘　　要：本文论述了建设新的实时雨量监测警报网的必要性,对该网络建设的业务要求、布网原则和组网方案作了 初步探讨。雨量监测警报网采用新型的容栅式雨量计作为自动观测仪器。为此,对该仪器的原理、性能作了扼要介 绍。The article discussed the necessary of set up a new real time rain auto- monitoring and war-nning network and the requirement of network establishing professional work, the principle of network arrangement and network organization plan . The monitoring and warnning network in rain adopted new type of grid capacite rainfall gauge as the auto-observing instrument . The article introduced instrument principle and the chracteristics simplely .
