摘 要:针对传统的螺旋弹簧减振器阻尼小、易损伤等问题 ,参照发达国家新型高阻尼减振器的特点 ,分别设计了用于织机的四地脚及三轴的高阻尼橡胶和金属螺旋弹簧组合减振器 .给出了该减振器的结构设计要点及设计参数 .在 ANSYS及 ADAMS平台上实现了减振器的动态仿真 ,对其结构刚度与阻尼参数进行了优化设计与评估 .结果表明其隔振及阻尼减振效果较好 .The conventional metal screw spring vibration isolator has little damp ,and the damnification in (vibration) is easy. According to characteristic of new hi-damp vibration isolator of developed country,the (combinatorial) vibration isolators of hi-damp rubber and metal screw spring vibration isolator used to four feet and three shafts of loom have been designed respectively. The key points of structure design and design (parameters) of the vibration isolator have been given. The dynamic simulation of vibration isolator has been (realized) by means of ANSYS and ADAMS software respectively. The optimization design and evaluation of (the) (rigidity) and damp parameters of vibration isolator was performed by software .The results indicate that (the) (effect) of isolating and absorbing vibration is good. The vibration absorption projects on global structure (optimization) of the loom and weaving plant were put forward.
