摘　　要：结合高校图书馆人力资源的现状,从基本任务、结构优化、强化奖惩等方面阐述了做好高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理,以适应现代信息社会的需要。Combining the current situation of the human resources of univesity's library,the article explains how the university' s library develop and manage human resources in order to meet the need of the modern information-intensive society.
