GnRH-A滴眼法溶黄体抗生育作用的临床应用研究

摘　　要：16例正常健康育龄妇女,自月经中期起,使用国产0.2％GnRH-A滴眼液滴眼,每日一次,每次25μl,连用10天为一个用药周期,共观察20个周期。结果表明,受试者于用药期间E_2、P明显被抑制,黄体期明显缩短。有1例因眼病延迟用药者妊娠,停药后第一个月经周期即恢复正常的性激素水平和黄体期长度,亦未见任何毒副作用,提示该方法具有很好的溶黄体抗生育效果,值得进一步研究。This paper first reports the contraception of eye-instillation of (D-Ala^6)-des Gly-EAt^(10)-GnRH(GnRH-A). a China-made superactive stimulatory analog of GnRH. The eye-drops of 0.2％ GnRH-A 25ul a day were given to 16 healthy women with regular menstrual cycle, aged 25-35 years. Beginning on the mid-cycle, the eye-instillation was continued for 10 days in a cycle, and 1-5 cycles were persisted for each individual. During GnRH-A administration no additional contraception Was used, luteolysis refers to reduction in plasma progesterone (P) and shorting of the luteal phase. The results showed that luteolysis occurred in 19/20 cycles, with one case. failing due to eye disease (keratitis and conjunctivitis), no severe side-effects were observed during administration and apparently normal cycles occurred immediately after stopping GnRH-A treament. The above data indicate that 0.2% GnRH-A 25 ul/day instilled into eyes at the mid-cycle phase may provid a Fairly good effect of luteolysis in Fertile women. However, further study is necessary.
