摘　　要：基于企业经营过程重构的思想,运用模糊理论中的三角模糊数,将企业所拥有的各类信息化投入资源作为约束条件,建立了基于部门间资源分配的企业信息化投资决策模型,结合实例进行了模型应用,为企业在不同部门间合理分配信息化投入提供了理论依据,提高了单位资源投入的信息化产出。Based on Business Process Reconfiguration (BPR) theory, by applying triangular fuzzy number of fuzzy theory, under restrictions of all kinds of resources invested on informatization, enterprise information investment decision-making model was constructed catering to resources distribution based on departments. Then application example was introduced. This model not only provided theoretical foundations for rational distribution of information investment among various departments, but also improved output by unit resource.
