摘　　要：对企业协同网络的效率进行客观量化分析和评价,是保障与推动商务链协调优化、实现网络最优协同的重要环节。在分析协同商务链多层次、多相位复杂随机现象的基础上,给出了系统服从位相型随机分布的证明,提出了复杂协同体系效率的计算方法与量化表达。该方法具有应用范围广和易于解析处理的优点。To optimize the multi-enterprises network organization stepwise, it is necessary to know how to calculate the efficiency of network organization. Generally, the structure of network is simple and fixed such as series or parallel. However, there are much stochastic phenomena in network when many enterprises come into being a network-based collaborative chain. Based on the analysis of stochastic phenomena in enterprises network, it was proved that the system follows PH distribution, and then the quantitative method was given to calculate efficiency of collaborative network. The application of this method was easy and wide-range.
