摘　　要：蜡蚧轮枝菌 Vp28 菌株经察氏培养基培养后得到菌丝体培养物，通过萃取、浓缩得到菌丝体毒素粗提物，就不同浓度的 Vp28 菌丝体毒素粗提物对烟粉虱成虫忌避作用的研究结果表明，在常温常湿下 Vp28 菌株菌丝体毒素粗提物在试验设置的2000～6000倍液范围内对烟粉虱成虫有一定的忌避作用，但随使用浓度的降低，对烟粉虱的忌避率呈线性下降。在甘薯、芥蓝菜、番茄、一品红等4种随物上的试验结果，该毒素粗提物对蓝菜这烟粉虱的作用较显，2000～4000倍液处理的忌避率可达65%～74%，在甘薯、番茄、一品红3种植物相同浓度范围处理的忌避率分别为56%～62%、55%～69%、45%～59%。The crude extracts from mycelia toxin of Verticillium lecanii(Zimm.)viegas strain Vp28 were gainedafter extractions with organic solvent and vacuum concentration.and the deterrent effect of the crude extracts onthe adults of Bemisia tabaci was tested.The results showed that the crude extract from mycelia toxin of V.lecaniistrain Vp28 possessed deterrent effect on adults of B.tabaci under 2000-6000 diluted concentration.and thedeterrent rate dropped linearly with the decrease of the applied concentration of crude extracts.
