摘  要:通过模拟实验研究了钢筋的硬度与其抗拉强度之间的关系和影响硬度检测结果的因素,建立了里氏硬度计的测强曲线。现场检测验证表明所提方法具有较高精度。为现场非破损检测混凝土构件中钢筋的强度,提供了一种实用的技术。In this paper, relationship between tensile strength and hardness of steel rebar is studied through the simulated test, and the factors which affect the inspection results are analyzed. Based on the results of the test, a strength inspection curve and the corresponding inspection method using Leeb hardness meter are proposed, which were proved to be applicable for non-destructive strength inspection of steel rebar inside the existing concrete structural member by in situ inspection examples.
