摘 要:对 60kg/m侧磨钢轨进行了疲劳试验研究 ,得到了侧磨量与疲劳寿命及疲劳应力与疲劳寿命两个回归方程 ,为控制调边钢轨下道提出了理论依据。In order to solve the shortened life of rails in use due to side wear on curves with small radius, rails on curved line are re-used through changing sides by engineering technicans in practice and good results are obtained. However, in performing re-use of rails by changing sides, it is difficult to control when the reuse of the rails should be stopped in use due to short of understanding fatigue life of rails with side wear after changing sides. In the paper, by performing fatigue tests on 60!kg/m rails with side wear, two regression equations, i.e., side wears versus fatigue life and fatigue stresses versus fatigue life, are obtained which can be taken as theoretical basis in the control of rails to be stopped in use.
