摘　　要：　目的　探索大于 1 5cm耳廓复合组织块修复较大鼻翼、鼻尖缺损的可行性。方法　手术保留耳廓复合组织插入部的真皮下血管网,扩大供受区接触面积,常规术后丹参、低分子右旋糖苷用药,应用耳廓复合组织修复较大鼻翼、鼻尖缺损。结果　共修复较大鼻翼、鼻尖缺损 7例,移植耳廓复合组织块最大宽径 2 5cm,最小宽径 2 0cm,手术均获成功。结论　手术方式改进,结合扩血管用药,宽径大于 1 5cm的大块耳廓复合组织移植修复鼻翼缺损能够获得满意效果。Objective To seek an ideal method for repairing defect of alae nosi. Methods In 1999, 7 cases of partial alae nosi were treated with large composite grafts from the auricle of ear, the graft was designed with a width from 2 0 cm to 2 5 cm. Subdermal vascular network and cartilage membrane vascular network were retained. Results All graft survived and appearances were perfect. Conclusion large composite grafts form the auricle of ear with a with larger than 1 5 cm for repairing defect of alae nosi is reliable.
