摘　　要：对比了国内外对出生缺陷与环境的关系研究进展。由于原生环境导致的出生缺陷在我国比较严重 ,在对国内的研究进展论述中重点论述了地方病的研究现状 ,指出了目前对出生缺陷和环境的关系研究已经有了一定进展 ,但是也存在起步较晚、致畸因子渠道不明等问题 ,对下一步的研究提出了建议。This paper summed up the research development of the relation between birth defects and environment abroad and home.Since the birth defects resulting in original environment were severe in China, the paper stated emphatically the survey of Chinese Endemic,pointed out the program in the relation between birth defects and environment,brought up the problem such as stating late ,not catching the reason of birth defects and so on ,suggested the advanced research work.
