摘　　要：违宪审查与宪法监督是两个不同的概念。中国虽在宪法和相关的法律中规定了宪法监督原则,但还没有可操作的违宪审查制度。我国要尽快在全国人民代表大会下设立宪法监督委员会,行使违宪审查权,这符合我国政体模式。The concept of 'Judicial Review of Constitution' and that of 'Constitution control' are different, the principle of 'Constitution control' has been provided for by Constitutions and other laws in China, but there is still no manipulative principle of the Judicial Review of Constitution. At present, the Committee of Judicial Review of Constitution is to set up under the National People's Congress, which accords with the form of government of China.
