摘  要:目的:探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)与冠心病(CAD)冠状动脉病变形态学的关系。方法:按照冠状动脉造影结果对88例观察对象进行分组:(1)按照冠状动脉病变形态特征分为:简单病变组,复杂病变组;(2)按照冠状动脉病变范围分为:单支病变组,多支病变组;(3)按照冠状动脉狭窄程度(Gensini积分法)分为:轻度狭窄组(A组),重度狭窄组(B组)。用酶免法(ELASA)检测血浆D-D含量,比较各组间D-D含量变化。结果:血浆D-D含量:复杂病变组高于简单病变组及正常对照组(P<0.01);多支病变组高于单支病变组(P<0.01);狭窄程度A组略高于B组,但不显著(P>0.05)。结论:血浆D-D含量与冠状动脉病变稳定性及病变范围相关,与狭窄程度不相关。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the plasma D - dimer (D - D) levels and anglographic morphology of coronary artery lesions. Methods: A total of 88 subjects were divided into different groups based on coronary angiography: (1) Simple lesions group and complex lesions group according to the shape of coronary artery lesions; (2) Single-branch lesion group and multi-branches lesions group; (3) Slight stenesis group (group A) and serious stenosis group (group B) according to stenosis severity of coronary artery (Gensmi scoring system). Plasma D -D levels were detected by ELASA, and compared among all groups. Results: D - D level was significantly higher in patients with complex lesions than those in patients with simple lesions and normal healthy control group (P< 0. 01) ,and was higher in multi-branches lesions group than that in single-branch lesions group (P<0. 01). D -D level was slightly higher in slight stenosis group than that m serious stenosid group,but no significance (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Plasma D - D levels are related with the stability and range of coronary artery lesions, but not related with the stenosis severity of coronary artery.
