摘　　要：目的 :测定葛根素氯化钠注射液中葛根素的含量。方法 :采用 RP- HPL C法测定 ,色谱柱为 L una C1 8(15 0 mm× 4 .6 mm,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (2 8∶ 72 ) ,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm。结果 :葛根素对照品在 5～ 5 0 μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999(n =6 ) ,平均回收率为 99.82 % ,RSD为 0 .6 2 % (n =15 )。结论 :本方法操作简便、准确、重复性好 ,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。Object: To determine the content of peurarin in peurarin and sodium chloride injection. Methods: A RP-HPLC method with a Luna C_ 18 Column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for the determination. The mobile phase consisted of MeOH-H_2O (28∶72) and the detective wavelength was 250 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5 to 50 μg/ml (r=0.999 9, n=6). The average recovery was 99.82% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.62% (n=15). Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quantitative determination of the preparation.
