左向法垂直穿刺密封瓶减少胶塞碎屑形成的效果观察

摘  要: 目的 观察左向法垂直穿刺常用药物密封瓶胶塞碎屑的形成情况, 以寻找减少胶塞碎屑形成的方法。方法 取 2种批号青霉素密封瓶各 592瓶, 分别用左向法、右向法、上向法及下向法各穿刺 148瓶次, 观察 4种方法穿刺胶塞碎屑的形成情况, 将其结果以及 2种批号 4种方法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成的构成比进行统计学处理; 将 3种药物的密封瓶胶塞采用左向法各进行 148次穿刺实验, 观察不同质量胶塞穿刺时所形成的胶塞碎屑并进行统计学处理。结果 3种不同药物胶塞采用左向法穿刺, 结果显示不同质量的胶塞碎屑形成率不同, 2种批号青霉素及先锋Ⅵ左向法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率间差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .001)。4种朝向穿刺同一质量的胶塞均以左向法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率最低。结论 用同种针头穿刺不同质量胶塞时, 均以左向法穿刺胶塞碎屑形成率最低, 左向法是临床上比较实用和理想穿刺方法。Objective To observe the result of the formation of debris of rubber cork through puncturing the bottles luted by a commonly used medicine with the method of the oblique plane of the needle top facing to the left,in order to look for a practical method to reduce the formation of debris of the rubber cork.Methods We took the luted bottles of penicillin from two different batch numbers,592 bottles,luted 148 bottles,respectively with the method of 4 different directions,the directions left,right,up and down,and observed the condition of the formation of debris through puncturing the rubber corks from different directions,then dealt with its results and the debris rate of the formation of debris of rubber corks through puncturing the luted bottles from four directions through statistics,then punctured the rubber corks luted by three different medicines 148 times with the method of left direction,respectively,then observed the formation of debris of rubber corks through puncturing different quality of rubber corks,and dealt with it through statistics.Results Puncturing the bottles luted by three kinds of different medicines with the method of left direction showed different quality the formative rate had obvious difference.(χ 2=20 215,P=0 000),but among the four directions,the formative rate of debris is the lowest through puncturing the same quality rubber cork from left direction.Conclusion Using the same needle tip to puncture the rubber stoppers of different quality,the formative rate of debris is the lowest with the method of left direction.The method of the left direction is ideal for clinical use,it is worthy being extended.
