高血压脑出血微创术治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血微创术治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析微创术治疗92例高血压脑出血,经CT定位,采用颅内血肿微创清除术对血肿进行抽吸、液化和引流。结果92例患者中治愈37例,好转43例,死亡12例。结论高血压脑出血微创清除术是一种有效治疗颅内血肿的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery in treating patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who had received minimally invasive surgery were analyzed retrospectively. After CT localization their hematomas were treated by means of sucking, liquefying, and draining. Results Hematoma clearing rate was 90%~100%. 37 recovered; 43 get better; 12 died. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is a safe and effective method in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
