摘　　要：简介了INMOS公司近几代晶片机产品T212、T414、T800,着重分析和讨论了IMS T9000晶片机的功能、组织和结构.并简要说明了基于该机系统开发的软件工具和环境的支持,最后对INMOS晶片机对并发多进程处理功能的支持和多机系统的实现及其应用前景作了详尽的说明和讨论.This article makes a guide introduction to the INMOS Transputer, including IMS T212, T414 and T800. Then it give a detailed description on the IMS T9000's functions, architecture and organization, the support software and environment on IMS T9000 development are also stated. Furthermore, the multiprocessing preformance of the INMOS Transupter and its application are discussed.
