摘 要:目的 用皮下植入方法研究表皮细胞悬液与胶原海绵联合移植的形态学变化 ,评价胶原海绵的生物相容性。方法 以昆明小鼠为动物模型 ,实验组移植胶原海绵及表皮细胞悬液 (以BrdU标记表皮细胞 ) ,对照组单纯移植胶原海绵 ,于术后 3、7、10、16、30天取材进行组织学、免疫细胞化学检测。结果 实验组各时段均可见生长活跃、增殖旺盛的表皮细胞 ;BrdU染色阳性。与对照组相比 ,胶原海绵降解吸收快。结论 胶原海绵具有良好的细胞相容性和组织相容性 。Objective To investigate histological changes of combined transplantation of collagen sponge with suspended epidermis cells by way of subdermal implantation,and to evaluate the biocompatibility of collagen sponge.Methods In Kunming mice,collagen sponge with suspended epidermis cells were grafted in the experimental group(marked epidermis cells with BrdU),pure collagen sponge in the control group.The histological and immunohistochemical examinations were detected at 3,7,10,16,30d after operation.Results Epidermis cells grew actively and proliferated prosperously at different stages in the experimental group;BrdU immunocytochemical staining was positive,compared with the control group,degradation and absorption of collagen sponge were faster.Conclusion Collagen sponge with the good cytocompatibility and histocompatibility can be used as the ideal carrier material for skin tissue engineerning.
