摘　　要：目的 :研究鼻腔、鼻窦解剖异常与慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉发生的关系。方法 :观察分析正常鼻窦 10 0例及鼻窦炎或伴鼻息肉 10 0例的鼻窦冠状位 CT,主要观察其骨性解剖结构的异常 :中鼻甲气化及反向歪曲、鼻丘气房、重度鼻中隔高位歪曲、Haller气房、上颌窦发育不良、钩突肥大、钩突移位、筛泡等。结果 :病变组与正常组钩突、鼻中隔、中鼻甲和鼻丘的异常比分别为 :2 4∶ 5 ,18∶ 4 ,2 5∶ 8,2 0∶ 4。患有鼻窦炎或伴鼻息肉者明显高于无鼻窦炎者。结论 :鼻腔、鼻窦的解剖异常与慢性鼻窦炎。Objective:To understand the etiology of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:Normal sinuses from 100 people and sinusitis or polyps in 100 patients were scaned by coronal CT.The abmormality of bony anatomitic structures,including pneumati sation of the middle turbinate,agger nasi cell,ethmoid bulla,upper septal deformity,haller's coll,abnormality of uncinate process and uncinate process hypertrophy and uncinate process shift and ethmoid bulla was observed.Results:In patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,the number of abnormal uncinate process,nasal septum and agger nasi is greater than that in the normal group without sinusitis.Conclusion:Some anatomic variations of nasal cavity and nasal sinus are related with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
