摘  要:本文用原位复合法合成了纳米HAP SiCw 复合微粉 ,用热压烧结法制取了HAP SiCw复合生物陶瓷 ,并研究了晶须取向对其力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,当复合材料所受拉应力方向与热压面平行或剪应力方向与热压面垂直时材料的力学性能最好 ,当所受拉应力方向与热压面垂直或剪应力方向与热压面平行时材料的力学性能最差。这一结论对HAP SiCw复合生物陶瓷的实际应用有重要的指导意义。HAP/SiC_w composite nano-size micropowder was Synthesized using in-situ composite method. HAP/SiC_w composite bioceramics was sintered using hot pressing method and effect of whisker orientation on the mechanical properties of HAP/SiC_w composite bioceramics was studied in this paper. The experiment results show that the mechanical properties of the material are the best when the tensile stress acted on the composite material is parallel with the hot pressing plane or the shearing stress is normal to the hot pressing plane, and they are the worst when the tensile stress acted on the composite material is normal to the hot pressing plane or the shearing stress is parallel with the hot pressing plane. This will offer great guidance for the practical application of the HAP/SiC composite bioceramics.
