摘 要:目的 初步探讨二维超声图像定量诊断脂肪肝病变程度的应用价值。方法 应用DFY型超声图像定量分析仪和TOSHIBAPV 80 0 0型彩超对病理确诊的脂肪肝实质回声强度 (echointensity ,EI)值进行定量分析。结果 近场肝实质EI值随脂肪肝病变程度加重而变大 ,远场EI值随病变加重而变小 ;脂肪肝病变越重 ,近场与远场EI值及其比值差别越大 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 脂肪肝实质EI值能够反映脂肪肝病变程度 。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound image quantification in patients with fatty liver. Methods The echo intensity(EI) of the liver were quantitatively analysed in 90 patients with fatty liver using DFY ultrasonic apparatus and TOSHIBA PV8000 imaging system. Results It showed that the near field EI of the fatty liver increases with the fat deposit while the far field EI decreases with it. The more severe of fatty liver ,the more the ratio of the near field and the far field EI mean(P<0.05).Conclusions The ratio of the near field and the far field EI index of liver can reflect the degree of fatty liver lesion and helped in clinical diagnosis. The technique of quantitative ultrasonographic analysis is more accurate and objective than conventional ones which may be a new criteria of digital quantification for classification of fatty liver.
